Full-Service
Interior Design
This is our signature, comprehensive offering, ideal for clients seeking a complete and seamless design experience from start to finish. Starting with a full room, this package can also include multiple rooms, whole homes, renovations, or new build designs.
For renovations and new build designs, ETD will work hand-in-hand with your builder or contractor from the initial concept through final completion, ensuring your vision is executed flawlessly at every stage.
The Process
discovery call
We’ll start with a no cost, no commitment, 30 min video call to chat about your project, answer general questions and determine if we are a good fit for one another.
consultation meeting
If we are a good fit, we’ll meet next at your home/job site for a one-hour consultation. This meeting will ensure we have enough information (necessary measurements, photos, design preferences, etc.) to provide you with a proposal, including a flat fee for our design time, a rough timeline for your completion, and an estimated budget. The cost for this consultation is $350.
design process
We follow a two-stage design process that includes:
Conceptual Design (2-4 weeks)
Site Visit: We will visit your space to take detailed measurements and photos that help us to create floor plans and elevations for your project.
Client Inspiration: We ask clients to provide inspiration through photos and our questionnaire to help us hone their style and ideas.
Conceptual Design Presentation: We will provide a “look book” with conceptual ideas for your project, including color schemes, finishes, space planning, and the overall look and feel of your new spaces.
Design Presentation and Approval (4-6 weeks)
Once we have the general scheme for your project, this is where we get down to the nitty gritty. This stage includes finalizing the floor plans, and all material and furnishing selections (from the grout color to the window hardware and everything in between.). We will visit vendors’ showrooms, obtain quotes, assess timelines and create streamlined price proposals for your review and approval.
Design Presentation: This is where everything comes together for your review and approval. We will schedule an in-studio meeting with all decision makers to review the samples and price proposal.
Order Management
ETD will place and manage all orders. If we are doing renovation or construction, ETD will create necessary construction documents for your contractor to ensure proper installation of our designs. ETD will warehouse and ensure that all of your beautiful furnishings are kept safe for installation.
Installation
This is the WOW moment and our favorite part of every project!! Once all of your furnishings arrive at our warehouse, we’ll come to your home to execute one full installation.
One-Hour Consultation
Consultation $425
Whether you’re tackling a full renovation or just refreshing a single room, ETD can help you design a space that’s both beautiful and functional.
During the consult, our design team can review:

Paint/wall treatments and drapery/window treatments
Fixtures, finishes and trim

Construction and remodel ideas
Preparation is key! To maximize your time, we recommend planning in advance for the session. A presentation that includes floor plan drawings and dimensions, along with Pinterest/inspiration photos is the best way to get the most value in an hour!

Moodboard: ETD will curate a group of images, colors, and design elements to inspire the look and concept of your project.
Space Plan + Elevations: ETD will provide you with a floorplan and elevations for your builder/contractor to implement the design.
Furniture + Finishes Selections: ETD will design every detail of our project, including all finishes and furnishings. We will provide a shoppable item list for every selection.
Video Walkthrough: We will provide a detailed video walkthrough of your design that you can refer back to as you order products for your new space.
