At ETD, we believe creating beautiful interiors should be as enjoyable as the spaces themselves

Erin Tripodi

FOUNDER + DESIGNER

As a former attorney and formally trained oil painter, Erin Tripodi brings both precision and artistry to every project. She pairs an attorney's thoughtful attention to detail with an artist's instinct for composition, color, and texture, creating homes that are as functional as they are beautiful. Erin believes every space should be a deeply personal reflection of the people who live there, thoughtfully layering the timeless with the unexpected to create interiors that feel collected, sophisticated, and effortlessly livable.

Raised by a mother who owned a construction company, Erin developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship and the building process. That foundation gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to seamlessly guide clients from the earliest planning stages through the final styling of their homes.

Erin resides in Arlington, VA with her husband Matt, and her two children.

AMY WILCOX

STUDIO DIRECTOR AND DESIGNER

Amy Wilcox brings an artist's eye and a fresh perspective to Erin Tripodi Design. Before joining the firm, she spent years as a recording artist in Nashville, Los Angeles, and Austin, cultivating a creative sensibility shaped by storytelling, performance, and an appreciation for beauty in all its forms.

Raised alongside her sister, Erin, in a family immersed in construction and craftsmanship, Amy developed an early understanding of thoughtful design and quality execution. Today, she pairs that foundation with an eclectic point of view, an instinct for color and texture, and a creative spirit that brings warmth, originality, and unexpected moments to every project.
